   I sent 1 balik bayan box from Los Angeles, Calif. last Oct. 2, 2014 invoice no. 1043852 for Mandaluyong, Metro Mla. It is now Dec. 13 and in 2 weeks I’m going back to the US, and the box that I sent hasn’t been delivered yet. I called your business address in Marikina, Phil. but no one answers the phones. Pls. follow up on this and deliver it as soon as possible.

   Invoice no. 174094 balikbayan boxes ( 2 boxes) was sent by my sister Adelfa Arcamo last Oct. 25, 2014,I am (Proceso Arcamo)the receiver up to now no balikbayan boxes hoping for your relpy thanks.

   MARIA LINDA PALO INVOICE 1042996 NEED TO KNOW URGENTLY STATUS OF CARGO. 2 BOXES WERE SENT AT SAME TIME FROM SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA, BUT ONLY 1 BOX CAME AROUND 2 WEEKS AGO. WHY? YOUR PROMPT ATTENTION CONCERNING THIS MATTER WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. PLS REPLY BCK ASAP.
