There is so much delay on shipment of Alas cargo, i’ve been tracking my box almost every week, 45 days from departure . They been answering my email giving different schedule on the arrival of the ship. Then my box arrives, it took 2 months and 2 weeks. The saddest part, some items were missing, 2 6packs spam, 4 big packs of chocolates. All in packs, that they can easily sell them. You can recognize the box that is fully taped from the bottom of it. There was taped with a marking of u.s. Customs inspected, then full of packaging tape. I know that the u.s. Customs won’t be interested in spam and chocolates, they will only inspect what is inside the box.

That tape with the marking of u.s. Customs inspected became their chance to steal items reasoning that it was customs who opened the box. Now, alas are calling again my relatives if they have boxes to ship. How can you give your trust again to the company?

    Godspeed balikbayan box!
