   Hello good day!! I just want to know if is it true that mac ocean waves handle this container number 73 from jordan.what are the reasons or what really happened behind why the container is not yet pull out in the customs.It’s already 4 months since we sent our boxes.please answer our concerns.

     Al Safwa Forwarder told us that their tie up forwarder in the Philippines is cargoglex haulers corporation.And according to cargoflex when we ask an update they told us that the custom broker who handle this is mac waves corporation and they told us also that your papers are expired last January at not yet settled.But I called them again to ask update,they told us your company has a problem regarding money matters.so make this clear sir because if cargoflex are lying and continue to ignore our concern we will complain this.hope you understand to the ofws who exert our blood,sweat and money in order to send packages to our family.
