   To whom it may concern,

   I just want to track the package of my sister, she sent it since 04/26/2015 and her name was Rhona Pascual.
   The address where I should receive the package is in 11th Floor Sm Aura Office Tower Bonifacio Global City Taguig City, Philippines.
   And here is the tracking number as well 428718.

   What is happening to ALAS Cargo? Their delivery men used to call beforehand when delivering a package. This last delivery they suddenly turned up while we were not at home. When asked for an alternative delivery date they say they don’t know and just wait for the next arrival date of the container. Crazy.

   Sir your delivery boy is bad he brought my package in my house but he cant call me first then my daughter ask him to call but he got angry and he said i cant give this …where is your father ..now my dauhter said ” my father not here he buy something for a while i wll call hm…now your boy said ” no ..no.. i will go now !! i cant wait for that its to late.! why will not give them a chance to call my daughter. i want to talk your boy

   I am wanting tracking status of a box sent Jan 31 2015 from LA to Capiz invoice 419246 this is taking a very long time more than 3 months. Please contact me with an update and maybe a delivery soon.
