   I sent cargo thru western gulf cargo from kuwait last Oct. 11, 2023…. Accdg sa western na release na daw from custom (Manila) last Dec. 29 but until now di pa rin natatanggap here in Bacolod almost 4months na. Trying to call Roxas cargo express but no to avail… As per western d daw nila alam when i-send ng roxas ang box going to bacolod… ano ba naman yan! Pabalik nlang ako ng kuwait wala pa rin 🙄… nakakalungkot baka masama na yun sa mga binebenta boxes ah 😫

   I have a 2 boxes that i send thru air freight..i send that thru western union kuwait last nov.23..but until now i did not receive..they said aor freight is 10 to 15 days only..but its almost 52 days now…
   So i want to know where is my box???
   Your company is too bad service also the western union kuwait..

   Hi good afternoon,

   Ask ko lng po ang package na pinadala ko from kuwait to Cebu until now wala pa din narereceived paki update nman po pblik nlng ako ng Kuwait and need ko dpat un nung pasko pa. Last update nareceived namin last Nov 30 nasa Manila. Sender joan receiver rotchie total of 3 box going to Tabuelan Cebu. Thank you
