   More than 3 months at di pa rin nadedeliver yong package ko from KSA. Ang daming rason na ginagawa kung bakit di madeliver tapos ako pababayarin sa storage fee daw dahil daw pumunta na daw sa bahay at wala daw tao ni walang maipakitang proof na nakapunta sa bahay. Ano dapat gawin sa Cargo service na to para umayos?

    Hi this is from iloilo need ko pong malaman kung anong pangalan ng forwarder nyo dito na ang address ay nasa leganes at kung anong pangalan ng delivery driver at yung helper nya full name para ma ireklamo ko dito kase ang bastos2 ng helper nya. Concern lang po ako sa inyo dahil masisira pangalan ng company nyo nang dahil sa pagka bastos ng helper nya. Pinakausapan lng po sya na buksan yung Tv 55 inches na sobrang bigat at naka crate pa nang asawa ko at kasama lng dito ng asawa ko is ung nanay at tatay nya na senior bastos sumagot. Kase nakalagay x Delivery receipt ay PAUNAWA: iminumungkahi po naming tignan ang kondisyon ng inyong bagahe pirmahan tapos pinakiusapan ng asawa ko na buksan ung unit na naka crate sinagot nya po na kayo ung bumukas makakasira talaga sa inyo itong hayop na un! Paki trace na lng po at gusto kong malaman pangalan niya para ma ireklamo ko dito sa iloilo ung container number po tclu8834630/ ksa156771 shipper maria raisa guitguit. Sana ma aksyonan nyo po ito! Salamat. Note: walang problema yung unit ung tao lng po may problema
