   Greetings.
   We are residents and PLDT subscribers living along Villongco Road. We would like to respectfully request your assistance in addressing a recurring problem involving the overhead PLDT communication lines serving our homes.
   Over the past several months, the PLDT cables have been repeatedly damaged by high trucks passing along Villongco Road. Each incident results in internet service interruptions, inconvenience to residents who rely on a stable connection for work, business, communication, and other daily activities, and repeated repair work by PLDT technicians.
   According to the PLDT field personnel who have responded to these incidents, one practical way to help prevent the cables from being damaged is for companies operating high-clearance trucks along this route to assign personnel to temporarily lift or guide the overhead communication wires whenever such vehicles pass beneath them.
   In this regard, we respectfully request your cooperation in implementing this simple preventive measure whenever your trucks enter or exit your facilities along Villongco Road.
   This small effort can significantly reduce damage to the communication lines and help ensure uninterrupted internet service for the surrounding community.
   We recognize and appreciate the important role your companies play in the area, and we believe that through mutual cooperation, this recurring problem can be greatly minimized for the benefit of everyone.
   We sincerely thank you for your time, understanding, and kind consideration of this request. We look forward to your favorable response and continued partnership in promoting the safety and welfare of our community.
