   I have used ALAS for a long time and has not have any problem. I am hoping with the 2 boxes I sent recently will arrive in Manila with no problem. I also used to be able to track my boxes by entering the invoice number. Now, there’s nowhere to find the status of the boxes. Is there anyway I can find out the status of my boxes? Thank you! I appreciate your help.

   Goodevening. My name is anita R. Fabro from pamatawan, subic, zambales. I receive my package this July 28 2016. So my complain is i saw that there has something wrong with the box. which is there has an open area on it, and the tape is not sealed properly. when i opened it i found a 2 box which is the Iphone5s and Iphone6s, but the cellphone inside the iphone6s box where missing. My ate told me that there has 2 Iphone inside it, So thats it.

   I solved not to use Alas service again because I was a customer in the past and I experienced Alas’s employees had stolen my stuffs. But, now that I moved to the Philippines for good, I brother in California, not aware of my experience with Alas, used Alas again on May 26, 2016, and sent me balikbayan box. This time I hope the box will arrive intact and safe.

   I also hope Alas will establish easy follow-up or online tracking system to enable customers to track their balikbayan box padala.
