   Sir/Ma’am:

   Good day! May I know the status of my cargo? It was sent last December 23, 2017 from California with invoice number 499715 and to be delivered to my address, Purok 5 Katherine II Subdivision, Hinaplanon, Iligan City. It’s a 45 days shipping so it must have been delivered by 2nd week of February but still we haven’t received anything.
   I hope your company would response as soon as possible.
