I’m just sharing my experience. I called one of your pickup service staff to collect my cargo yesterday at 10 AM here in Al Iskan, Riyadh. I allowed him to choose the pickup time even though I was at work during the time he scheduled (10 AM). I also gave him clear instructions: before going to my location, he should call me so I can prepare and go back home.

Since I was busy at work, I didn’t make any follow-up, but I was expecting his call. I didn’t receive any call from him, so I let it go, thinking maybe he forgot or something came up.

This morning at around 8:30 AM, I called him again and asked why he did not collect my cargo. He answered, “Akala ko sir kasama na kayo sa nakolekta kong cargo sa Iskan.” Is this really how we Filipinos are supposed to work here?

To make the story short, he started raising his voice and insisted that I should have followed up because he had many calls and many pickup schedules. But it was clear in our conversation on November 30 around 3 PM that he would call me once he was on the way. That’s why I didn’t follow up and just waited for his call.

I told him I didn’t want to continue the conversation because he was already raising his voice. Then he replied, “Ay sige sir, i-cancel n’yo na lang.” So I ended the call to avoid saying anything unnecessary.

By the way, here is his name and contact number: DOMENG DOMINGO – 05571241.
