hello po! follow up ko lang po ung box ko, na despatched na daw po sya since Dec. 4, at sabi ideliver daw po ng araw na yun. Pro hanggang ngayon wala pa rin po sa house namin ang box ko. tinatawagan ko po ang number nyo pro hindi macontact. Nakausap ko po si Ian ng dalawang beses pro ngayon hindi na po macontact ang number nyo pra magfollow up sana ako. Ivinerify pa ni Ian ang number ng receiver para daw sure pero hanggang ngayon wala pa ring tumatawag sa parents ko.Yung mga kasabayan ko, nakarating na sa mga bahay nila ang box nila, pero ung nagbubukod tanging sa akin, hanggang ngayon hindi pa dumarating at hindi ko alam kung ano na update sa box ko. Hi Maam pareho po tayo problem hindi pa dumating sa amin pero yung kasabay na box dumating na sa camiguin, hindi din macontact number nila at email. san po kaya pwede ifollow up ito?

Hi Mam Cheryl, sana po nakarating na by now yung expected nyong box. Ganyang-ganyan din case namin nadeliver na daw pero wala namang natanggap sa tamang address at yung tamang recepient ng box. Pede po makakuha nung number nung Ian na nakausap nyo? Wala kasing sumasagot sa linya nila. Thank you and Godbless po.

Ang box ko po ay May REFERENCE BOX BLT 12032 at SENDER ako po BONAFE CASTRO, kasama ang box ko sa BATCH 2, Last October pa po yun at until now wala parin Pong deliver samin at sabi ng Go Universal sa inyo daw po May problema na Forwarder nila?! Pls naman po paki deliver na ng box ko dahil inaasahan ng pamilya ko yun…Salamat po!!!!
