   May we know the status of deliveries in Isabela, Rsgion 2 despite of lockdown and municipal quarantine imposed all over the Island of Luzon… My in laws had a box from Longbeach, California last February 14 under the name of Tomas Bonavente send to Olivia O. Punzalan of Santiago City, Isabela
