    Sir, im calling your office to follow up the delivery but cannot connect. Contacted mike in florence and he told us its already in your warehouse. When are we going to receive the package address to arvin almario. We will be back to italy next week and yet we havent received our box. Please prioritize us. Thank you. Luz
