    Hello,

    Good day! I just want to follow up regarding package 181767. I have sent multiple emails asking for status since the last status posted on your website was November 5, 2021 and it said that the ETA of arrival in the port of Manila is Nov 30, 2021 and to allow 2 weeks for the delivery? Do you have any updates or contact numbers that I can reach out to with regards ofor an updated status of the shipment.

    Hirap nyong tawagan. Next time sabihin ko sa magpadala ng box. Wag na sa inyo. Dec 17 masa manila na bix ko. Till now wla pa sa akin.

    Our package is supposed to arrive on the 1st week of December but still did not hear anything from you that is why we went to your physicall address in Tondo Manila. SURPRISINGLY, YOU DON’T HAVE A LOGISTICS OFFICE WHERE WE CNA JUST PICK IT UP! Very disappointing!
