    We have been informed by JES Balikbayan that your company is the forwarder of our boxes that left Belgium on July 3, 2017 bound to the Philippines. We arrived here in the Philippines from Belgium but have not received the boxes till now. May we know their status? These have so much delayed. We certainly want to receive these boxes before we leave the Philippines, which is SOON. ‘Would surely appreciate your immediate reply.
