I have the same experience. Very poor service. I was called on March 31 that you will deliver my card yesterday but I did not receive a call or even a text. I was waiting the whole day and cancelled all my appointments just to wait for the card but I was waiting for nothing. I even called your local office here to follow-up but nothing. I am already furious!!!! and soooo aggravated. CitiBank will surely here about this.
Me,since Feb ang citibank credit carf ko hindi madeliver, ayaw nilang tatawag pa sa phone,forever gusto nila nakatunganga ka sa bahay mo for their delivery.
Until now may Citibank card wala pa. Feb pa ako nag follow up.
I dont know bakit ito ang kinuha ng citibank to deliver the cards, its too inefficient. JRS, LBC in 2 days nakapag deliver pero this compaby ewan,i wonder who is the owner of this company.
SERYOSO? ganito ka poor service yung company niyo? buti pinagkakatiwalaan padin kayo ng mga cliente niyo kahit super poor negative service kayo. kahit ano ano nilalagay niyo sa tracker niyo eh wala naman pumupunta dito na delivery address na nilagay ko for my CC of Citibank. meron kayang guard ang gate. at paano ang dami niyong nilalagay na reason na failed delivery? Same issue. Ang courier partner ng Citi Bank . Tamad mag deliver .. nilagay sa tracking history ko. unknown person. So anu po iyan.. patay na.. walang nakakaalam, meron naman contact number.. Di tumatawag ang delivery man nila.. nanghihinayang sa load.

nagsasabi kayo ng nagdedeliver kayo kung nao ano ang nilalagay nyo sa tracker sarado daw bahay antural gate un eh natwag wala kayong tawag. ngi hndi muna kayo nag aadvice kung kailan mag iisnag buwan na tong hinintay. wala poor service. in need pa naman yan.
2 mos ko na inaantay delivery ng card ko from ITC, napaka walang kwentang service, sinabihan ko na yung agent from Citi na wag na gamitin na courier tong ITC na to sa second delivery ng card ko pero wala ito pa din ginamit nila so parang ayoko na mag expect na marereceive ko pa yang card na yan.
Pareho po tayo. 2 buwan na rin wala pa un citibank card ko. Ano kaya problema nila
sana kase LBC nalang courier nila like other banks mas mabilis
ano po gagawin kapag nd madeliver cc from Citi?

PRIOR TO THIS (23rd of November) I SENT AN EMAIL TO ITC ASKING COURIER TO GIVE ME A CALL WHEN DELIVERING THE CARD, I PROVIDED MY CONTACT NUMBER & PROVIDED EXACT LOCATION + LANDMARK. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM ANYONE FROM YOUR TEAM, PLS REFER TO MY EMAIL & CALL ME DURINg DELIVERY. PLS REDELIVER THE CARD AS WE NEED IT ASAP. Thank you

I have citi card delivery supposedly today because I received a call this mornibg from the delivery guy asking for landmark. I provided all information he needed. Now, almost 5pm, i received a text that delivery wont happen due to some reason. This is the 4 time this delivery didnt happen with itc. This is insane.
